Area and Purpose
MICROVEM CURCISOIR provides pre-cleaning for all types of surgical instruments,
medical devices, and endoscopes.
It cleans organic waste such as blood, oil, protein, and starch from surfaces. Pre
cleaning is the most important step in disinfecting medical instruments and devices.
Residues on instruments prevent effective disinfection. MICROVEM CURCISOIR, thanks
to the enzymes it contains, dissolves these residues, providing a more effective
disinfection process.
Dosage and Duration of Use
MICROVEM CURCULAR is used by diluting it at 0.5% (5 ml in 1 L of water), 1% (10 ml in 1 L of
water), or 3% (30 ml in 1 L of water), depending on the degree of dryness of the instruments. It
is most effective at 35-45°C. It is expected to be effective within 15 minutes for manual
application and 5 minutes for ultrasonic devices.
Usage
MICROVEM CURCULAR is diluted appropriately and poured into a clean container. The
lukewarm nature of the dilution water increases the activity of the enzymes. A 2% dilution is
recommended for use in cuspidors and suction cups. A maximum soaking time of 30
minutes is recommended. The prepared solution can be used for a maximum of 24 hours.
Suitable for use in ultrasonic cleaning devices.
Contents
<5% Enzymes (Amlase, Protease, Lipase), 30% Glycol, 8% Non-ionic Surfactants, 1%
Quaternary Ammonium Compounds, Anticorrosive Agents, and Deionized Water.
Warnings and Storage Conditions
Avoid contact with skin and mucous membranes. Wear protective gloves and eyewear during
application.
In case of eye contact, rinse with plenty of water and consult a physician if necessary. The product
has a shelf life of 3 years from the date of production. Store in a cool, well-ventilated area.
