Instructions for use Ceramfix
Ceramfix is a universal, dual-curing, adhesive for cementing indirect restorations in combination with a bonding agent (e.g. total etch adhesive dual).
Indication
Permanent adhesive luting of metal, porcelain or composite crowns, bridges, inlays and onlays
Using the double syringe
The double syringe automatically dispenses and mixes the material, which saves time when applying the luting material directly into the restoration. Remove the transport cap before using a new double syringe and then attach the mixing tip. Following application, the mixing tip acts as a seal and can be left on the double syringe until the next use. The mixing tip should only be replaced by a new tip when the double syringe is used again.
Composition
Barium glass in a BIS-GMA-based matrix comprising dental resins,
Pigments, additives and catalyst. Filler content: 67% by weight = 45% by volume. The particle size variation of the inorganic filler is between 0.02 and 9.3 microns.
Side effects
There are no known systemic side effects. Ceramfix should not be used, however, if there is a known allergy to the components or, in rare cases, contact allergy. Avoid skin contact with the paste. On accidental contact, was with soap and water. On contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor.
